The combination of cool silver and warm Baltic amber creates tension and drama in the spectacular Kosmos earrings. Pin fastening. Also available in bronze. There is a natural variation in the shades of amber.
Amber is millions of years old fossilized resin of conifers. It is comparatively soft as a gemstone and is therefore easily scratched. Amber jewelry must not be immersed in silver cleaning liquid, as porous amber cannot withstand strong chemicals. Mild soapy water is suitable for cleaning, and you can polish the metal parts of the jewelry if necessary With a Kalevala cleaning cloth.
